EXCELLENT SERVICE
So this review is LONG overdue. I apologize for that. 6 months ago my wife and I started to look for a home. Emmett was highly recommended to us by a coworker of mine. Upon contacting him, he was very friendly and willing to work with us. My credit was not the best, but Emmett assured me that it was not a problem. We looked for ways to get a home that was in our budget with the lowest rates that were possible during the time. Within a day we were approved for a 225k loan with rate at the markets lowest. Within one month we found our home. Any questions or concerns we had, Emmett was there to answer them swiftly. Which there was a lot of questions since we were first time home buyers. Emmett was very thorough and professional, and he patiently answered all of my questions. Best of all, he was able to close a loan on my home (a foreclosure) in 25 days, in December! Patient and Easy to work with!
My mortgage situation was extremely unique. We were not purchasing a house. Our goals were to maximize personal tax advantages and at the same time put our capital working in a better investment. However, the timing of the investment, was not always in sync with the timing of the approvals. Emmett worked diligently and patiently, often setting back the closing dates, and doing everything in his power to get us the best interest and terms possible. Realistic Home Buying Situation in 2019

Emmett Dempsey ROCKS!

I am not exactly sure how I found Emmett (he is out of the area from where I bought and I think it was an ad on Zillow) but I am thrilled that I did.

As a first time buyer, with not the best credit at the time, I was nervous, unsure of my ability to get a mortgage and very needy during the process.

Emmett provided education, advice, the BEST communication. His videos and multiple avenues of explanation worked well for me. Math made sense and I was empowered by his encouragement and the fact that I never felt less intelligent during the process (even though I KNEW I knew nothing).

I love the fact that I can now talk intelligently about the mortgage application process, understand everything we did together, Emmett’s patience and, of course, MY my my my, (did I say MINE) perfect little dream home and love nest.
